International Guest House Reservation Request

Policies

Rates Include:

  • Free High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet Access.
  • 24hr Access to TV & Study Rooms.
  • 24hr Access to Laundry Facilities.
  • Breakfast and Dinner, optional lunch available.
  • Bathrooms cleaned and trash removal daily. Towels and linen service weekly.

Please Note:

  • Prices are per person. Reservations only confirmed in writing via email to mail@intlguesthouse.com. Phone or Text reservations are not valid.
  • A Refundable $200.00 Room & Key Deposit is collected upon arrival in cash.

Reservations & Cancellations

  • Cancellations 7 nights prior to arrival, no penalty.
  • Cancellations less than 7 nights prior to arrival will be charged 1 week cancellation at the rate of the reservation made.
  • Groups (10 or more) will be required to pay a 20% deposit of the total stay to confirm. No refunds for groups.

Check-ins & Check-outs

  • Check-in between 2:00 PM and 5:00PM. Check-ins after 5:00 PM are by appointments only. No late check-ins between 9:00PM and 9:00AM. Please let us know in writing before arrival so that we may expect you; we are in the office on weekends by appointment only.
  • Checkout time is 11:00AM. Late departures may apply.
